Referring to the Evolution 3.8L XK as a restoration is to understate the minimum of 500 hours of work that goes into developing this powertrain. Having stripped the original donor unit, the only components that are retained from this unit are the original block and head. Every other component is re-developed and uprated to increase reliability and, dependent on the desires of our clients, increase power.
